Beautiful Room
Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful space with an ocean view. There was a small welcome gift. We loved our stay. The only regret was we were only there 3 nights.
Overall, a great location and a great property with all the amenities. The grounds were meticulously looked after. Our unit was in great shape and included everything down to beach towels and snorkeling equipment. My only complaint is that the beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment was very very beat up and pretty much falling apart. Borderline usable.

Great place to stay. Only complaint would be that the bed was too soft for us.
We had a view of the Ocean from the Lani, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed I. E. Cooking, bathing. 2 small issues, towel rack in bathroom came off the wall when I grabbed a towel, and the coffee maker on our last day stopped working. Kind of a bummer when morning coffee is a norm!! Nothing to big it was comfortable and I would stay again
Too much instructions to keep tab off. Basically felt like don’t touch anything and leave without a trace !!! Extension was not provided for even 3 hrs and we had to stay outside for the flight to catch in the evening at 9.30 pm .

A/C is too small to cool the other areas in the living area.
Dishwasher was tricky to turn it on.
No laundry detergent in the dispenser. We dropped the idea of cleaning the clothes we badly needed to clean.

Furniture was old and outdated.
King mattress was old and outdated along with the bedding.
The amenities for the beach with regarding beach, chairs or old ribbing and zippers were broken, unable to carry as a backpack.
Both umbrellas were broken.
All the amenities were old and outdated.
Light fixture in the bathroom along with the fan had rust and dust bunnies all over it more than evident it’s never been cleaned along with the light fixtures themselves throughout the house.
Furniture drawers were broken. Handles were broken.
All towels and beach towels were old and outdated.
None of the soap Or and ran on so early.
Parking was always full and was unable to park next to unit.
Major construction was happening in a different Unit made it difficult to maneuver during the day through out daily events.
Our plane did not leave until 10 o’clock at night could not get a late check out was unable to take care of hygiene before because of management was unable to allow later Check out.
I come to Maui twice a year. This is the first time I experienced this situation with regards to management company and conditions inside the condos.
I will not be using this management company again.
This made an unpleasant experience.

I liked the territory, the pools, the architecture, the silence on the territory, the cleanliness on the territory... I didn't like the cleanliness of my room, there was a lot of dust on the plinth more !!
The condo was dirty when we arrived The front of the controls on the washer were hanging off and had been taped on. The light in the dining room was not working Patio furniture was white plastic chairs and was black on the arms from being so dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was not clean. Dirty corners on the floor and stuff laying under tv where you could see it. I should have asked to be moved. I called the lady in charge and she ordered a repair person for the washer who came later. She said a cleaning lady would come and they did and did not still have corners in kitchen and bathroom clean We came so far that we felt with this and cleaned ourselves. I can’t believe hotels dot com would use this place.
Great location right across from Kamaole Beach 3. Quieter end of S. Kihei Rd. Nice grounds. Condo could have used an update but was fine for our needs. Ours was privately owned so up to the owner and not CRH.
