Only 2 minute stroll to the closest beach! This beach chic, 2 bed, 1 bath condo has just been updated with brand new flooring, and a fully remodeled bathroom with custom-tiled, large walk-in shower. It features stylish and comfortable furnishings with tropical, beach-inspired décor.

This lovely ground floor condo is fully furnished and stocked with all of your modern amenities and comforts of home near the beach. There is an AC unit in the main living area, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed, and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a Smart TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom, for your entertainment. The unit includes parking and WiFi, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and some beach/pool toys. For your convenience there are coin operated laundry facilities located just around the corner in the same building.

Incredible Hospitality - can’t wait to return!

The VIP team was incredibly responsive & their Aloha was felt through every correspondence. My family & I were beyond pleased with how beautifully decorated and clean the condo was. The thoughtfulness of having laundry soap, dish soap, beach towels, extra blankets & towels, laundry baskets & all the kitchenware were just a few of the things that sparked extra joy for us! We never had to worry about a thing. My family reunited here after 10years and it meant the world to have a safe clean space- this condo felt like a home for us. Conveniently located next to so many great restaurants, we were able to share meals in the condo together with ease. Highly recommend staying here- we can’t wait to return! Thank you to the team for being so wonderful to us and for sharing so much Aloha!

Great location

This property is conveniently located to everywhere you’re trying to travel to on the island. The only bad part was the unit had a smell and the upstairs neighbors is loud at times. Doesn’t have central air so it takes awhile to cool the unit down. Other positives the unit did have accessories such as beach chairs and a cooler which came in handy.

Great place for my family

Comfy and roomy place for my family on Maui for a short weekend trip. This home is close to stores, restaurants and shops in Kihei literally. Parking is no issue and the pool on property was awesome. Definitely will be a place that will be saved for future stays on Maui.

Decent, basic place to stay

This property was as expected - had a functional kitchen, a bathroom, a couple of bedrooms. The location is good for exploring the island, and close to a few places to eat, and a very short walk to a nice beach too. There is some noise from neighbors due to the plumbing (you can hear water from their toilet flushing, etc), which was slightly annoying. The pool was OK for a kid to have fun, but nothing to write home about. It was a good value, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable stay.

At the listed price, this place in Maui is a steal. It's clean, and the check-in and check-out process is easy. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the best part is that you can easily walk to the beach.

Fantastic Location

This is an ideal location especially if you're staying with young children. It's a very short walk to the beach which we were able to do multiple times a day. We brought beach chairs and beach toys and small provisions but when it was time to go inside and get some rest it was easy to pack up and head back. They have a foot washing station that came in so handy before getting back into the condo. We did have to use the laundry room quite a bit so that we had clean dry towels, however, the gripe there is that it's one washing machine and it seemed to always be in use, that's a disadvantage as we stayed for 11 nights so we couldn't just use the stash given and be good to go. There's a grocery store right behind the condos that is convenient for the quick little things we needed, but it's best to shop at Wal-Mart or Costco depending on the length of your stay. It was easy to walk to some of the restaurants that were close by and they were really wonderful places. The property management team is very responsive and provided wonderful customer service.

Maui stay

Very walkable to coffee, shopping and restaurants. The beach across the street has beautiful views, but not swimmable. But very nice swimming areas 1-2 miles away.

Beachy decor, close to beach

The decor was lovely & the layout great for a young couple with 2 small children. Modern & bright. No tub for bathing the kids. Lanai is street side so not as private.

Great Location

We love this complex. Great location and pool/pavilion area. The condo was clean. The storage could use help: there wasn't anywhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, there wasn't anywhere to put things in the bathroom (one drawer that only opens part way, no medicine cabinet), and there aren't any dressers/drawers in the bedrooms. The kitchen was ok, but sparsely equipped. A very comfortable place for a night or two with a couple of people, but challenging for longer and/or more people.

3 min to beach

If you stay in Kihei there will be a major difference in wind and wave action on the beach. Further north you will find the surf a bit more rough. Beach at this location is quite calm and kid friendly.

Good location near the beach

This ground level unit was perfect for our family. It’s right next to the parking lot which ended up making it easy to load the jeep for our various jaunts. It’s also very close to the public beach which was beautiful and chill. Lots of people grab a drink and wander down at sunset which we looked forward to. There’s laundry in the building which was helpful and there’s a ton of leftover beach chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys so we didn’t have to bring those on the plane or buy them. It’s also right next to Times supermarket which was great for convenience but there are some street people around as a result. However the unit felt safe still. Overall we had a great time and this unit was clean, well equipped and the perfect base for our Hawaiian adventures.

Great location!

Having a grocery store a half block away was great and the beach is only another half block away! Also - an Avis rental car is only about three blocks away so don't rent at the airport. It will save you a lot of money! Nice condo and nice pool also!

Great stay and location

Everything needed for a Maui adventure!

This property was perfect for our vacation in Maui. We loved that we could just walk out the door and walk 2 minutes to the beach. The best part was that the condo comes with several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even sand toys for the kiddos! Also, the grocery store right next door was super convenient. The A/C units were a great perk as well! If I had any questions or needed anything, the management team was incredibly responsive and professional. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great Maui vacation!

Great, central location

The condo was just as described and met our needs well. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen but management responded quickly and gave us what we needed to deal with them. Always keep ALL food in the microwave or refrigerator for sure. Its just a being near the ocean thing. The beach chairs, umbrellas, two boogie boards and sand toys were much appreciated. The chair cushions did not have covers but they did have some on order. The ac worked great. A few extra blankets would have been nice as some of us were comfortable and some of us were cold. Having the grocery store right behind us was great. There were some homeless in the area and on the first day we walked to the nearby beach and there was quite a bit of homeless trash in piles near the beach. The location was great as it was central to all the places we wanted to drive to. Thank you for a great first visit to Maui!

Nice and well equiped Location to stay in kihei

First of all the communication was absolutely easy and friendly. We could do an early check in and quite spontaneously a late check out. The check in was easy und perfect described. The Appartement is nice and everything worked. The floor was clean, the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had a few oily plates and some of the towels were dirty/marked. But I’m sure they had been washed. We had lots off things for the beach (towels, sand toys, kids “surf” board,…). So the apartment all in all is very well equiped. There is a supermarket directly opposite, as well as a nice coffee shop and some little restaurants and food trucks just a few minutes in easy walking distance. The beach is also just 2 minutes away and a lovely sunset location. To be honest the neighbourhood was a bit creepy sometimes. And when it got dark I didn’t want to go out. On our first evening the police rang the door because a car was stolen and they wanted to know if we had seen something strange. But all in all it was a really nice stay here.
