Luana Kai C311 Three bedroom Partial Ocean view

Unit C311 is a standard 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, partial ocean view condo (with No a/c option) 2 king size beds and one queen size bed. It is mostly tiled with textured stone but with carpet on the stairs and in the loft. Large and small scenic prints line the walls along with tribal masks and a colorful parrot sculpture. The kitchen  is updated with black granite and stainless appliances. The living room has a large l-shaped couch but no pull out sofa sleeper. The master bathroom has an updated double basin vanity.The double lanai is comfortably furnished with two table settings in wicker and plush cushions. You can see a good deal of the Pacific and The Pali coastline. Want to see more of our Kihei condos?

Lounging at Luana Kai

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The staff as very friendly, doing what they can to make your vacation wonderful. The location is super convenient to the airport as well as both sides of the island for snorkeling, beach time, or meals.

Beautiful location but could be a lot cleaner.

We loved the location including the views from our condo and the pool. The condo needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and the pool needed to be drained and refilled with fresh water.

Luana Kai is great, our room was a little disappointing

We stayed three weeks at Luana Kai in Room C311. There were some issues; the place was dirty, sofa, carpets and rugs needed a massive clean, if not completely replaced. The fridge/freezer didn't work well; meaning food defrosted and we had to throw out. Property manager did attend to it promptly but the rails in the freezer and ice make blocking were apparent. The toaster had to be replaced, which was also done promptly. We experienced bug bites and all 5 of us staying there, and in the middle of our stay we had to leave the room so pest and insecticide spraying had to be done for the building. The insect screens were falling off and had to have property management come to fix and lastly, in terms of cleanliness, we found previous tenants underwear and socks on the floor and under the beds. All that being said the Property Management were fantastic and very responsive. We paid for the pics shown online, which were definitely not indicative of the wear and tear on this room. Thankfully this was just a place to sleep and the room was good enough for that. Thank you Luana Kai property management for all you did to make the room as pleasant as possible and attentive to all that needed fixing.

Great location

This place was a great location. Easy access to all of Maui. Beautiful view from Lanai. It wasn't on the water, but the view from the Lanai was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Condo was great! Would have been a better stay if property had better shuffleboard, and golf clubs n balls to play on putting green. We did enjoy it as a whole. Also, no air conditioning could be problematic in hotter weather.
