Condo is posh, remodeled a few yrs. ago with decorator paint, Granite counters, Rainfall Shower pebbled in Hall Bathroom, Crown molding, wainscoting, scraped custom ceilings, white Travertine flooring throughout, well stocked open Gourmet Kitchen, DW, Stove, Oven, Washer, Dryer, Freidrich AC. Bedroom has addit’l. port. new A/C, a work desk w/USB charging, Beauty Vanity desk, Smart TV, Queen Bed with addit’l. new Memory Foam Topper and quality Linens, Robes & slippers provided. LivingRoom has reclining couch and a quality Murphy BED (Full), Spectrum TV, Wifi. Step out on Lanai watch Sunset with cocktails, or am. Coffee. Beach Towels, Chairs, Cooler & Beach Wagon provided. Enjoy the onsite Shared Pools & shared 2 BBQs right downstairs! Tennis Courts onsite. Walk to lots of Dining, shop, and nearby Grocery stores are a few min. drive! BEACHES: Across the street from our Condo: Charley Young, Kamaole I & II, and the Cove is a couple minutes walk if you want to surf. Absolutely no one allowed to stay at unit that isn't on original Booking, Violation will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund
Non smoking unit- NO smoking in unit or out on Lanai: Maui Vista is a Non smoking complex. Quiet after 10pm. NO parties, events or excessive noise.
POOL KEY: Loss of it is a $100. Replacement cost. No glass or shower towels at Pool-Please use plastic cups & Beach towels at Pool.

Another excellent stay at Maui Vista

This is the 16th time my wife and I have stayed at this complex and we will be coming back again. Carrie was a very competent and gracious host. She communicated with us from the get go, had excellent amenities in her suite and even went so far as to drive us to the airport. Can't beat that. Thanks for a great holiday !!!

Location, location

This condo had EVERYTHING, equipment for cooking, the beach, the pool. Really quiet. Many shops and restaurants were in walking distance or a short drive. Close to the highways leading all over the island quickly. We enjoyed the balcony and kitchen. Highly recommend!

After christmas vacay

Great location to beaches,restaurants,stores etc. stayed at another unit previously and love the location but Carrie’s place is great. Very tastefully updated/decorated with Hawaiian flair. Everything needed here with great amenities you need nothing other than to show up as Carrie has beach chairs/Towels to every kitchen item you need even including storage containers to take food to the beach etc. and easy check in and follow up she provided.Cant wait to go back!
