**This is a beautiful Maui Banyan 2 bedroom-vaulted ceilings-steps to beach!

We offer a beautiful 2-bedroom garden view room with high vaulted ceilings (one of only 14 units at the complex with vaulted ceilings) that has been stylishly remodeled. This condo has a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, carbonized bamboo flooring in the living area and bedroom, travertine marble in the kitchen and bathroom (bathroom vanity, counter, mirror & lighting all remodeled in Oct.2020). There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedrooms! The living room and studio side bedroom has a new Split AC system in the living room and both bedrooms. Contemporary Island-style furnishings and artwork throughout.

**Please note: This is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui.

Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high-end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

Great place to stay

We stayed in March as a family of four—2 adults and 2 teenage boys—and it was exactly what we were looking for. You really can't beat the location, right across from Kamaole Beach II. The condo is in the closest building to the road, so the walk to the beach was literally just across the street—super convenient!The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our 6-night stay. We had the full suite, which included a second connected suite where the kids had their own space with twin beds and a bathroom—perfect layout for our family. There were plenty of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and other beach gear available, which made it even more enjoyable.Kihei is a great home base if you want to explore Maui, since it’s fairly central to everything. The grounds of the property were also beautifully maintained. Overall, it was a great condo and a fantastic stay—we’d definitely book again!

Nice place, great location. Really two units combined, so the second bedroom is en-suite with a kitchenette. Comfortable beds, my son said the pull out couch was the best one he’d ever slept on. Large wrap around lanai, plenty of beach gear. The beach across the street has nice cinnamon sugar sand and good snorkeling by the cluster of rocks. We saw three turtles the first day without any expensive boat ride :)

We loved our stay at the Maui Banyan. The hosts provide beach towels and chairs - a nice surprise. The condo is steps away from a nice beach. The balcony doesn't match the picture, but all in all, I would stay there again.

Great Beach Vibes

Thanks for a wonderful vacation place to stay with so many fun beach toys and with all the additional homey items for showers and laundry. We stayed for 7 nights with our children and parents. The listing was very accurate and everyone enjoyed their stay. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach perfect for kids. Perfect Tropical Oasis

We love Maui & have been several times. This is by far our favorite rental we’ve stayed at. So stylish and loved the vaulted ceilings. We could hear the ocean from our balconies and were surrounded by palm trees! The AC & washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus! We have never had anyone leave us a basket of snacks, what a fun extra perk! Thank you for thinking of it all!

Great service and communication from the owners!

We really appreciated how communicative and thoughtful the owners were throughout our stay. The property is a little older but the renovations inside the condo are well done. We used the property as our 'launching pad' so we weren't there much, but it did what we needed it to for this stay. Great to have some space with the adjoining unit and to have the fridge, oven, stove, and beach toys. Definitely better than staying in a cramped hotel room! The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed the condo with our family of four. Plenty of room to spread out using both sides of the unit. We cooked on the bbqs every day almost and used the hot tub and pool a bunch. So great to easily walk across the street to the beach! Good communication by the host. Highly recommended.

Nice place but beware of extra charges!

Lovely place, great access to the beach and resteraunts. The downside was that the owner left a short check out list, which was completed. We were later charged extra cleaning fees, and were told that the unit was left "extremely dirty". We swept and mopped the night before we left, washed dishes, towels, beach towels, and took out trash. Very disappointing.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

My family and I stayed for 9 nights. We loved this property. It was modern, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The location is fabulous. The beach across the street is fantastic and we could walk to many restaurants, shops and coffee houses. We were also able to walk to surf lessons and other activities. Communication with the owners was easy and they were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to be accommodating. Honestly, the best family vacation we have ever had. This property is a gem!
