Maui Parkshore #203 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with a pool and ocean view, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and free wifi. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom (shower only). Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds which are convertible to a king bed, ceiling fan, and full bathroom (shower only). The living room features a double sofa bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and DVD player. For outdoor activities, Maui Parkshore #203 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Although this unit does not have air conditioning it does have ceiling fans throughout. Sleeps 5.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The complex is centrally located and within walking distance to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other premier beaches. If you prefer a day in, cool off in the lounge and heated pool area. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. Maui Parkshore is a 100% non-smoking property.
** Important Notice: A spall repair and lanai painting project will take place March 30 - June 30, 2026. Guests can expect construction-type noise, dust, equipment & scaffolding on-site, and restricted access to the stairway and lanais when they are being worked on. We stayed here for a family trip. This is a great location with quick access to the beach. Getting in and out of the area for other activities was fast and easy. It was a bit noisy at times due to how close it is to the main road. The tradeoff is that you are less than a minute from the beach. Everything worked in the condo. There is a great selection of beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc. Basically everything you need is in the condo.

Family trip

Place was clean and well appointed. Room enough for 4 adults. Right across street from Kamaole 3 beach. Good location to get to other areas of the island from. Parking included which is a must. I would stay there again.
