Stunning luxury, ground floor condo directly on Sugar Beach, one of Maui's best beaches. The unit was completely remodeled floor to ceiling in 2017 and includes 2 bedrooms (2 king beds in each bedroom) each with en-suite bathrooms, a full luxury kitchen, living area with large screen TV, wireless internet throughout, central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. This 1100 sq ft unit boasts a 10x30 patio with 2 sliding glass doors 1 from the living room and 1 from the master bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows display breathtaking views of the beach and ocean from the kitchen, living, dining, and master bedroom areas. You can literally step out your door and onto the beach and walk for up to 5 miles unobstructed enjoying the calm warm waters or just walking in the sand watching the outriggers canoe by or enjoy the large pool right next to the condo. The condo also provides for your fun... beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, binoculars for whale watching (when in season), and a cooler for your excursions.

NANI KAI HALE:

Nani Kai Hale is a beautiful beachfront complex, complete with direct access to Maui’s longest beach; approx- six miles of sugary sand to explore, swim, snorkel, boogie board and even surf at times. Walk beautifully manicured grounds and bask in the aroma of the lush tropical greenery including red and pink bougainvillea flowers, plumeria, bird of paradise, and feather palm trees. Enjoy the stunning views of the stretching beach and vibrant blue ocean or relax in a comfy lounge chair and enjoy the surf and thrilling activity of sea life, often including turtles, dolphins, and majestic humpback whales during winter migration (Dec- mid April). Take advantage of the many on-site guest amenities, including a large walled in swimming pool, oceanfront lounge, and barbecue areas. Just up from the beach is a public wash off station to be used any time at your convenience, for cleaning off before residing back to your Maui hale(home). Each floor of the complex, with the exception of the first floor, has been outfitted with quarter operated laundry facilities and trash shoots (located near the elevator), each laundry room having two washers and two driers. Trash and recycling bins are located behind the elevator on the ground floor for your use.

NORTH KIHEI AREA:

Staying at Nani Kai Hale drops you right in the hub of island life, whether that be watching the local canoe practices out in the water (the kihei canoe club has visitor paddle days and times available that you can sign up for online), enjoying shave ice and baked goods, or walking the nearby park. Just a short approx- 15 minute drive takes you along south kihei road, through the cute beachside town of Kihei bursting with a variety of beaches, dining, and shopping perfect for an adventure on the town.

Condo in need of a spruce up. Window coverings in essence did not work. Gates for patio broken and weeds growing out of enclosed patio. Beach was not what I expected very narrow. Someone leftovers were still in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Great beach view location.

We really enjoyed having our morning coffee watching the canoes row every morning out our front windows. The condo has everything you could possibly want for a VBRO stay, boogie boards, beach chairs, lots of beach towels too! Coffee filters and all the kitchen items you could possibly need.

The PERFECT place to stay in Maui! Love love love ❤️

This adorable beachfront condo exceeded our expectations! We were in awe of how perfect it was from the moment we stepped in the door. It felt like home with the beachfront Maui touch. We could literally walk a matter of steps to dip our toes in the ocean, or jump in the pool. Our living room has the most spectacular view of the ocean and we sat porch side to admire the dawn each morning while sipping our coffee. It's a matter of a few miles from anywhere (restaurants, groceries stores, shops) while feeling so secluded and serene. If we ever return to Maui, we won't think twice about where to stay.

Beautiful ocean front property !

Beautiful ocean front property ! Definitely coming back ! Very comfortable and cozy accommodation with a few steps from a sand , pool . We felt we are staying in a house , not a condo since this unit is very secluded and have step out patio door right to the beach and pool . Very well equipped . Only two things to improve : hot water in a guestroom shower ( no hot water there ) and a vacuum .We stayed for 10 days and after few days went to the Target and bought one . With amount of sand coming from a beach it’s a must to have ! Overall , we love it !!! Owners are very lucky to have this amazing property in their real estate portfolio.

Gorgeous apartment in ideal location

The apartment was beautiful with very good taste furniture and perfectly equipped. The beach is beautiful and it is easy to swim in the first four hours after sunrise and two hours before sunset. The location is perfectly central such that you can reach any side of the island in less than 40 minutes drive. The apartment felt like it was our haven after the exploratory trips we made to find beaches with turtles. We then enjoyed cooking while watching the sunsets. The lanai is also very well equipped so it was a pleasure to use it for breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool is great too. We will definitely come back!!

Loved It!

The check in process was great and seamless. The kitchen is excellent for cooking and solid cutlery. A couple little maintenance items in the unit, but nothing a distraction. Solid core doors inside the unit meaning quiet bedroom when closed. Furniture is beautiful (someone is an interior decorator) and comfortable. Excellent lightening and music set up. No noise after 10pm grounds policy so not for party-people, but perfect for us. Steven the caretaker is a great guy, the occasion cat visitor and wild chickens were loved by my daughter and really added a nice “home” feel. BBQ’s are cleaned daily by Steven, and the pool is well maintained (as are the grounds.). And as they say in real estate, location, location, location - excellent. The pictures do not do it Justice. One warning - not for resort, tour, or cruise minded people. You find your own fun here which is the whole point of staying here.

Wonderful condo

We loved the location. Walk out of the beautiful condo to the beach which is perfect for walking. The patio was great for watching the sunset. We will definitely return if we come back to Maui.
