This spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a king size bed, ceiling fan, and AC in the bedroom for maximum comfort. The grand en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors and an updated vanity area with a stone counter and raised bowl sink. The additional guest bathroom makes this unit perfect for a couple when getting ready for the beach.

The open floor plan is bright and airy and makes it easy to chat while prepping meals with a fully equipped kitchen with a pass through bar top that opens to the dining area. The kitchen includes all appliances needed for meal preparation and clean up, including a dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glasses, and plateware. This condo also offers other home comforts like a washer and dryer, complimentary wifi and cable TV as well as free assigned parking.
