From the spacious lanai (patio), you will gaze upon 4.5 miles of majestic, pristine, sandy beach - perfect for rejuvenating early morning strolls, or romantic walks at sunset! You will catch glimpses of turtles bobbing in the sea, and whales in-season (January-April). The ocean is only steps from your front door - perfect for a quick, refreshing dip any time of day.

Inside, the owners have poured their hearts and designer sensibility into creating a sanctuary for the senses, where your every creature comfort will be satisfied. Their remodel was completed in January 2017, and includes central A/C (a rarity in Hawaii), washer/dryer (no stress about having dry towels for your next beach outing), flat-screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances including an outward-facing cooktop so you'll never miss a second of ocean-front views, new tile and countertops in kitchen and bathroom -- in simple terms, everything you could wish for.

For sleeping, there is a king-sized bed in the bedroom, and a very comfortable, brand-new pull-out sofa in the living room.

Rules

There is a trash chute located next to the elevators. Please remove your trash frequently so as to not attract bugs.
The garbage disposal in the sink is not robust enough for food disposal. Do not rely on it to get rid of unwanted food -- use the trash can.
Turn on the bathroom fan when using the clothes drier. This is necessary for venting the drier. Thank you.
