Wailea Elua is a premier resort located on Ulua Beach in the heart of Wailea. Maui's sunny south shore has some of the best beaches on the island. Ulua Beach is a top snorkeling and dive location in Wailea. Hotels, spa facilities, and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance. This serene and comfortable condo offers an open floor plan, ocean views, private lanai, cable TV, wi-fi, central a/c, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The Master bedroom features a King bed, a new 48" LG Smart TV, a small private lanai, a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a desk/vanity area. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, ample storage space, and access to the main lanai. A sectional couch and recliner supply plenty of room for everyone to gather in the main room to watch the sunset or your favorite show on the new 55" LG smart TV. Meals can be enjoyed at either the inside or outside dining table.

The condo's location is quiet, private, and away from noise from pools, parking, and refuse areas. A spacious, comfortable condo with ocean and garden views from the main patio, helps create an ideal location, whether you are relaxing after a day of exploring Maui or just enjoying the ambiance of Wailea Elua gated resort.
It is a short walk to the main pavilion & pool and the gated access Ulua Beach, a pristine white sandy beach. For your convenience, when heading to the beach, the condo has been stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

Beautifully landscaped with native tropical foliage Wailea Elua offers 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a beachfront pavilion with a kitchen, gas grills, wi-fi, and sun and lounge chairs are available for your enjoyment. One pickleball court is available for guest use. One unreserved parking space is available.

South Maui is known for many of the best beaches on the island. Wailea is home to some of the most spectacular homes on Maui, luxury resorts, 5-star restaurants, and The Shops of Wailea, which features island-style shops and designer brands. Maui is home to 14 golf courses, (several of which are ranked at or near the top of the “world's best” lists) designed by noted course architects and golfing luminaries such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw. The South Maui Beach Walk extends from Charley Young Beach (which is north of Wailea Elua) to Wailea Point (to the south). It is a lovely 3-mile walk along the coast and easily accessed through the private gate to Ulua, at the Pavilion.

Beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities are within walking distance. There is a South Maui Shuttle that covers Wailea to central Kihei if you prefer to ride instead of walk or drive.

​​​​​​​The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.
