This unit is located in the Maui Banyan Condos, featuring 1 master bedroom, a queen sleeper and 2 bathrooms with shower, about 650 sqft. Perfect for couples or small families craving “beach town” charm fringed by lush tropical nature, Maui Banyan is named for the stately “canopy” tree that provides cooling shade from Hawaii's sunny skies.

**Additional Info about the Home**
• Window A/C units in both rooms provide effective cooling; they may produce some noise while running but will turn off once the set temperature is reached. We provide earplugs for your comfort, but if you are particularly sensitive to noise, please book with caution.
• Hawaii's Natural Environment: Hawaii's beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living. Occasional sightings of ants, cockroaches, termites, or geckos are common in Hawaiian homes and are not a reflection of cleanliness.To ensure a comfortable stay, we include routine pest control as part of our regular maintenance, just like professional cleaning. While we do our best to minimize any pest activity, the environment can still bring the occasional visitor. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the full experience of island life!

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 180 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 2 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
