Situated at the top of the complex this unit affords you a great ocean view. A short walk down through the complex and you are at the ocean's edge. There is a King in the master bedroom, and 2 double beds in bedroom 2. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a portable ice maker, washer and dryer, central AC throughout, Cable, dvd, and high speed internet service. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. The views from Wailea Elua #2110 are spectacular. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. **This Is A Non-Smoking Unit** Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
