Flygate is a quirky cottage built over 200 years ago near the ancient and picturesque village of Lawrenny. Its exposed beams and thick stonewalls add to the country cottage atmosphere and its idyllic location provide you with an unrivalled countryside break.

As you enter the spacious kitchen extension, the Velux windows flood the room with natural light and the huge farmhouse table provides the perfect setting to gather with family and enjoy a meal or drinks together after a day of exploring the local area.

As you enter the original heart of the cottage, you have the family bathroom on your right. To the left you have the quaint family sitting room complete with log burner where you and your family can spend cozy nights reading, watching TV or playing games. Beyond the sitting room you will find the office, a great space for catching up on emails or simply taking five minutes to relax and unwind.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, nestled beautifully in the eaves. Windows in the roof ensures these rooms feel beautifully light, even on the cloudiest days.
As you reach the top of the stairs, the bedroom on the right houses a handy ¾ sized double and a single. The bedroom on the left contains a double; both bedrooms have exquisite exposed beams, which only enhance the brilliant character that Flygate holds.

Please note: This property has a low walled pond in the garden and low beams throughout the house. This property allows one well behaved dog.
