We stayed in the older part of the hotel. It was pretty clean, the beds were not comfortable. It did get a little loud from the street noise but a fan can help with that. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was okay but I’d skip it if we stayed there again.

The first room we checked into the bathroom fan would not turn off and the heat was not working. Natashia was kind enough to move us to one of the newer rooms (addition onto older hotel). The newer room was perfect minus the shower had not been cleaned. Natashia jumped right on this and sent the cleaning crew. We really appreciated her customer service and she made our stay a very pleasant one. A full breakfast was included which we appreciated. The hotel was reasonably priced. would recommend

Our room was comfortable and clean. The location is central to shopping, pubs and restaurants as well as a short stroll to Kilkenny Castle. The included breakfast we had was not up to par, though the room is beautiful. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more days to enjoy Kilkenny more, this was a favourite of ours during our 3 weeks in Ireland.
