As a corner unit, natural light fills every room, with excellent ocean views from both the kitchen and living area. The new Polywood high-top table with four chairs on the deck turns any meal into an ocean-view occasion. Inside, two queen bedrooms feature new bedding and their own TVs, a Smart TV anchors the living room, and the bathrooms are finished with ceramic tile floors and granite countertops.

The kitchen leans into the easy mornings: a Keurig for that first cup, a waffle maker for slow breakfasts, and a George Foreman for no-fuss dinners. Free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected — but the stocked shelf of books, games, and puzzles might win the evenings anyway.

Easy Everything

Located on the same level as the fitness center and the walkway to the beach, you're steps from sand and amenities alike, with elevator access when you need it (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed). Dogs are welcome too ($150 plus tax per dog).
