Welcome to the Flight Club — membership requires only a reservation. From the top-floor corner of First Flight Retreat, the panorama is the whole show: the beach scene playing out below, the coastline running in both directions, and — with a little luck — dolphins swimming the swells offshore. Windows on two sides and high vaulted ceilings keep the view, and the light, coming from every angle.

Elevated Inside, Too

The spacious kitchen delivers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Tile floors run throughout the living spaces, with soft carpet in the two queen bedrooms — each with its own TV and corner-unit windows pulling in extra light. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area brings the sleeping capacity to six.

The balcony is where the membership perks pay off: comfortable deck furniture, early sunrises, your favorite beverage at golden hour — or set the table out there for a late-night dinner for two with the ocean as your soundtrack.

Elevator access takes you all the way up (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).

This condo offers its guests a water park and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly condo.
