Private Soundfront dock (Boat and Boat lift not for guest use), outside shower with utility sink and a large yard with a charcoal grill and fire pit with seating area. Inside you'll find a garage with a full-size refrigerator, half bath and ELEVATOR access to all levels.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private screened porch access with sound views that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 2. Dining area seating 4, half bath and King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, sound views and private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Boat and boat lift will not be available for guest use.

Colington Harbour: Located in the quiet, secluded island community of Colington Harbour, you'll love the amazing views and ample opportunities for crabbing, fishing, kayaking and other watersports. Even though you are situated about 15 minutes from the main Outer Banks area, you're still close to excellent local restaurants.
