Old run down.

The room smelled like a wet dog. When I asked the front desk they said they only allowed dogs on the first floor, but we were on the fourth floor and there were dogs. The hotel was old and run down.

Well other than it raining the whole time my girlfriend still got to go horseback riding,it was nice to just get away from driving the truck I'm very glad I signed up for Hotel.com it saved me some money that's always nice. I travel all the time,but it was a break we needed. The room was nice wished I would have gotten the beach side.first time ever I've been to the beach and not even walked on it.

Lovely staff and clean. Little drainage issue in bathroom, reported to staff. I explained we are staying for the 2 night but would be nice to fix for the next people staying. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in a pinch due to availability. Room was okay. No major issues. However the facility is outdated and the main hallways and floor were filthy. Easy beach access and convenient location however the property needs a major renovation.

We had a very good stay and all the employees were amazing except for the breakfast lady I think her name was Sean. She was very nasty to my daughter and her boyfriend. She swore and was upset they were getting food 10 minutes before they close. She started to clean before the hours were done and even stayed right behind them cleaning up after them with them still getting food. I was not there or I would have said something. I did speak to the manager about it but from what I heard she was nasty to many people. We knew a couple that had three young kids and she was nasty to them as well. The next day we came for breakfast early and she is juts nasty and needs some customer service training. My daughter was getting eggs and sausage so she came up right beside her to check if it needed more. The top was open so she didn’t need to do that or she could have waited. She also came close to elbowing my daughter as she was standing there to set down a utensil as she got her food. Also she was sitting down talking more than working at all for a good 4-5 hours.
