The staff and especially Olga the Manager went above and beyond the call of duty. That's why I stay there year after year. The lobby is like going into a ski resort with knotty pine walls and a fire going when the outside temperature is below 50 degrees. Long time employee Tommy is always friendly and helpful .

Olga was great and checked us in early as the room was ready, thank you Olga! Breakfast was plentiful and filling, the warm apple cider and cookie in late afternoon in the lobby was nice as it was chilly outside, though it did seem one guest had taken up week long residence in the common lounge with feet up on one of the nice leather couches under a blanket for most of the day. Said blanket reserving the couch by the fire when they weren’t using it. Guess there’s a fine line to walk on asking one guest to be considerate of others. The studio suite was fantastic, clean and spacious with all the room to enjoy it and make it a home away from home. I look forward to staying again in the future.

A/C could have been better- kept at lowest setting when we left for the day and when we came back it was mediocre. We stayed in a room tha was located at ground level and in front of building. Did not experience any breakfast items as we ventured out to the local restaurants. Staff did keep us stocked with clean towels and emptied trash.
