We are excited to share our beautifully furnished and sun-filled home with you and yours! On two full lots, this home sits right on the water, with a boat dock, yard, hot tub, decks, and plenty of windows to enjoy the views. Your family and friends will enjoy the pingpong table, grill, hot tub, corn hole, fire pit, bay dock, and patio furniture! When not outside, you will feel comfortable with the beautiful furnishings, skylights, sunroom, reading nook, and fully equipped kitchen.

This property includes access for guests to the community pool and tennis courts!

Our home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, large living room, dinning area, full kitchen, and plenty of deck and yard to enjoy the outside!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The main renter must also be occupant. Any violation of outlined house rules can result in loss of damage deposit to canceled booking with no refund
Detailed house rules will be sent to you via message once booking is confirmed. If you would like them sooner please ask your host prior to booking.

Very nice house

Just stayed a few nights to go fishing and it was great, we showed up a little later than expected bc of a wreck and annoyed the neighbors a little but other than that everything was smooth.
