The perfect size space for two! Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills with quick access to the main road that takes you thru the Outer Banks! Half-mile to the beach to catch gorgeous sunrises or spend the day at the beach! Less then half mile to the sound & Bay Drive to view breathtaking sunsets at various public accesses located off the multi-use path that will take you all the way to the Wright Brothers Memorial! Restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops, breweries & more all within 1 - 5 miles!
The space
This home adopted a Cottontop Tamarin - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful species! 
Modern Studio is located on lower level of home. Completely separate entrance with fenced in patio area that includes a rinse off station for when returning from the beach! Queen bed, high-top workstation/dining area, leather couch facing smart TV and electric fireplace to make for an extra cozy, relaxing environment! Kitchenette area with small fridge/freezer, K-cup machine, and microwave. Well appointed bathroom with large shower.

BONUS - Hot Tub included!

Do you need more room with access to seasonal outdoor pool? There is an additional separate space available for rent located above The Recovery Room. You can find this space by going to the host profile - it is called Knot on Call!

Guest access
Guests have full access to their fenced in private patio that leads into studio as well as the entire studio space itself and Hot Tub. The following areas are not accessible to guests: garage, backyard, and upstairs level of home. The only shared space on the property is the driveway!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We just stayed one night in the one-room cottage in Kill Devil Hills and it was absolutely perfect for our little getaway. It was just me, my fiancé, and my granddaughter, and the space was so cute, cozy, and very clean. You can tell the host really takes pride in keeping everything comfortable and welcoming.The hot tub was amazing — such a relaxing touch after a long day. We rested so well and truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.The host was incredibly responsive to any texts or messages through the app, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I even accidentally left my shoes behind, and she was kind enough to mail them back to me — which says so much about her thoughtfulness.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy spot in Kill Devil Hills!
