The main portion of the home features two inviting bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a convenient half bath, along with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room—perfect for gathering after a day by the ocean. Just outside the back door, a covered breezeway leads to a private master suite addition that includes another half bath and a laundry area, creating a quiet and separate space for added privacy. Outside, you’ll find plenty of ways to unwind. Soak in the hot tub after a day in the sun, enjoy meals together at the picnic table, or fire up the propane grill for an easy evening cookout. Location is one of this cottage’s greatest perks. The beach is just a very short walk away, making sunrise strolls and sunset swims effortless.
