The private balcony is set up for all of it — Adirondack chairs for reading and resting, a high-top dining table for meals with the ocean below, and private walking access to the beach when the view pulls you down to the sand. Inside, coastal-inspired style runs through elegant tile flooring and a luxurious tiled bathroom, with a comfy new king bed for genuinely restful nights and a wall-mounted 55" TV for movies, shows, or the game.

The kitchen punches above its size: French-door fridge/freezer, waffle maker, blender, George Foreman grill, and coffee maker. Giant Connect 4 and oversized Jenga bring the fun (and the photo ops), and a new washer/dryer, fresh bedding and pillows, board games, and complimentary Wi-Fi round it out. Building perks include access to the gym, game room, and outdoor pool.

Elevator access takes you to the top floor (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed). This unit does not allow pets.
