The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless appliances, is well-stocked for the cook in the group, the dining table seats six, and the kitchen bar adds three more spots. The large oceanfront deck, perched on the north corner of the third floor, delivers an excellent ocean view with extra light and privacy on two sides.
