Came to visit some friends for a few days so i chose this beautiful home. Pulled up to a beautiful townhome that had 2 reserved parking for each unit which was very convenient. I received my code about an hour before check in. When I got in I noticed the house keeper didn't make it. I contacted the host Denise and told her the whats up. She assured me that this has never happened before and how sorry she was for the inconvenience and by the sound of her voice I believed every word. She asked if I wanted to move to one of the other units but i did decline. The home came with PLENTY of wash cloths and towels to dry off with so I just used the clean ones, plus everywhere I travel I bring a large blanket so I just took off the dirty ones and slept with what I brought. I told Denise I was fine with everything but that didn't sit well with her so she contacted Vrbo and refunded me my money for the stay. I was surprised and greatful for that. She was a great host and took care of me! Thank you so much Denise I will MOST DEFINITELY be back!!
