BE AWARE!! MISLEADING!!!

Property Manager did not provide check in info until after I reached out on evening of check in. We were moved to two different houses with two different excuses for why we couldn’t stay in original house rented. The house we ended up with was one less bedroom and baths were not comparable. This caused some of our family to have to get a hotel. The house was farther away from the wedding venue my daughter was getting married at, close to 30 mins further. After 15 hours of driving and getting there after midnight the manager wanted to meet us at house. I said no, we were exhausted and at this point what are we going to do. When we got there noted the toilet in master bath had dried urine all over it. The next morning we noted the floors were dirty. Potato chips on the rug in living room, hair all over in the bottom of the shower and crumbs on the table. I let manager know and she proceeded to talk about her mortgage. We had to make it work at this point with family coming and a wedding in a few days. The day before we leave the air conditioner quit. Repair man shows up but won’t fix until he gets paid. He waited for three hours as he was told someone was coming with check. He finally left with no repairs made in 90+ degrees heat. Water hole in front yard bubbling water out of that we stepped in middle of night when we got there. Many more complaints in the way manager handled and her rude comments but not enough space to finish. Renters beware!
