Front desk staff was really nice. The room had a funky, musty, sour odor, worse from the fridge. The cleaning staff never left coffee cups, always necessitating a trip downstairs to get cups gor morning use. The first night there wasn't any coffee packs, either.

I think they are renovating but the hallways were filled with boxes and mattresses and other building stuff. The rooms are very outdated and the carpets have huge stains. It’s not great

Stayed 10 nights, had an emergency and had to leave a night early, requested a refund or credit, and it was denied because it was 4:00 and it had to be done by 11:00. Emergencies happen, and times are random. If they couldn't rent it out and were full, I could understand, but otherwise seems like they would accommodate?

Very Disappointed
