The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a day of adventure. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, while the dining area comfortably seats four for family meals or game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. The queen-sized bedroom offers a restful space, complemented by a full bathroom for your convenience.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, adding to the comfort of your stay.

Highridge Condominiums boasts a variety of amenities, including a fitness room, a community game room, a hot tub, an indoor pool, and shared saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

Things to keep in Mind:

• • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
• This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, the owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present.
