The top floor features a king bedroom, plus a loft sleeping area with a queen bed, which may be a full-size bed.

The main floor includes a bunk room on the left with two sets of twin bunk beds, making it a great space for kids, teens, or additional guests.

The main-floor bedroom on the right has a queen bed and works well for a couple, single guest, or flexible group sleeping.

The lower level has two guest bedrooms, each with a full sized bed, offering more private sleeping space near the game room and full bathroom.
