The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10AM. If the outdoor grill was used please ensure it is cleaned and covered. No fires left running at checkout and wood burning stove cleared of ashes and dumped in the fire pit outside
Any used bath/sauna/hot tub towels to be washed and dried prior to checkout. Dishes to be done prior to checkout. Any consumables that can be used for future guests feel free to leave behind.
We have a trash shed just off the driveway, please dispose of any bagged trash and broken down cardboard in the trash shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

*guests must shower prior to using the hot-tub *guests may not wear shoes, only socks, in the sauna
*guests should bring their own bath towels, otherwise expected to launder (on-site) the towels used during their stay prior to check-out
*reminder to shut off propane when grill is not in use, as well as clean and cover when finished.

E learns to ski and Opa turns 63

We had the absolute best time with family! I’m still cherishing the many memories that we had a Allen’s place….skiing, bday celebrations, ping pong, hot tubs, grandkids learning to ski, card games and we were even able to bring Odis (Granddog) Shiela is a wonderful property manager and Allen was available for any questions.
