Great deal for a weekend in Alsace

Very friendly greetings from the staff from the start to the end, convenient located with car to visit the area, good quality for the price. Would recommand and we plan to stay there again another time.

If you need rest find somewhere else!

We travel very long time and needed rest until check out at noon. Not good for that. Cleaning lady disturbed 3 times from 8:45 am asking us to leave because she had to “travail”!! The next door room very loud. We booked on the go shortly before arrival, unclear instructions for check in. No information. Telecom at the arrival helped us with required reservation number for selfservice check-in.

Arrivée 11h30 impossible d'accéder au hall d'entrée. code non fonctionnel. Après aide sur parlophone, en composant le code N° de chambre , l'occupant pensait que j'étais un cambrioleur. Nouvel intervention au parlophone pour connaître le bon N° de chambre, celui indiqué était erroné. Tout çà pour apprendre que d'autre compétiteur à une finale sportive ont payés 20 euros de moins à l'autre B&B à 2 km. Pas de quoi pavoiser... Déçu.

B&b doit être la seule chaîne où appeler le service client est facturé 0,35 € la minute . L’hôtel est pas mauvais mais le service client de la chaîne on ne valide pas du tout
