Das Personal ist teils eher unmotivieert, , die Qualität des Frühstücksbufetts war bei 3 besuchten Hotels der gleichen Kette am schlechtersten.

Hotel war sehr gut belegt, daher lange Schlange bis zum erhalt eines Kaffees. Personal hat sich jedoch sehr bemüht um alle zufrieden zu stellen.

Location: Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour visiter les marchés de Noël de Colmar et Riquewihr qui ne sont qu'à 30 mn de route
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, literie confortable et petit déjeuner varié. Très bon rapport qualité -prix .Je recommande cet hôtel

Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir

Superbe hôtel ! Personnel accueillant. Très sécurisé le soir que se soit le parking et l'entrée de l'hôtel. Bonne literie !!

Hôtel agréable et pratique

Pros: Tout
Cons: A part l'odeur de fumée ou de renfermé dans notre chambre, rien.
Location: Quartier calme et à proximité de magasins et de l'autoroute donc c'est parfait !
L'hôtel est agréable : le personnel est charmant et les locaux beaux et propres. La seule notes négatives est que cela sentait un peu la cigarette dans notre chambre (ou alors le manque d'aération ?)mais je comprends que ce genre d'infraction soit difficile à gérer et l'odeur à faire partir dans un court délais. N'ayant pas pris de petit-déjeuner je ne peux pas m'exprimer sur la nourriture mais les distributeurs ainsi que le petit salon dans l'entrée sont une excellente idée. L'hôtel est à 8 minutes de Mulhouse et à environ 10-15 minutes de la gare selon la circulation. C'est très pratique ainsi que la zone commerciale dans lequel il se situe. Je reviendrai !
