Rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly. For the rate you cannot beat it. Even a full bathtub which I think is a plus. I will always ding them for only being able to use heat or air conditioning but not both. Generally the rooms are switched over for the correct season - and you can demand a change if it’s necessary - I just find it silly - especially when the room faces the sun and heats up to 80 during the day while going down to 40 at night. But for the right price I’ll bring what I need.

The rooms can only be heated or cooled. When you have highs in the 70’s with the sun beating on the property in the day, and night temps in the 40’s that’s not acceptable.

Ok but...

The room was ok, except the AC doesnt work in the whole hotel and the room was hot as hell, the front desk did try to fix it by sending her husband to switch it over from heater to AC which he had to get up in the celing for but it didnt work. On the surface the room looked clean enough till we had used a wash cloth to pick up some snacks that had accidentally fallen to the floor, when we wiped the floor with the damp wash cloth the while cloth had turned black...Im not sure if the floor had ever been mopped

NO AIR CONDITIONING- ROOM was super hot, called the front desk to be told that "we don't allow air conditioning this time of year". So I slept with the window open, sweating on top of the bed and got to listen to what I can only assume is some drug addicted woman yell into oblivion

Easy Stay

Front desk clerk made check in super easy, appreciated accommodation request being met. Rooms were nice and clean. My only complaint is that you cpuls not control the room temperature withput calling the front desk and by the time we woke up, the room was super hot.

Did not get the room we paid for we paid for 2 days in room with fridge put us on a hanicap room that was not very clean when back to office she said that the only room they had try to get my money back paid with card said i would have to talk to Exped.bunch of bull do not stay here

The Bathtub looked like it wasn't cleared properly in Months. Also the Exhaust Fans over the Toilet and the Sink. The Walls are dirty, the Light Switch Covers, Doors.......

The room had bed bugs . Heater was loud . Room was dirty . We only spend one night realizing the room had bedbugs. I would not recommend this property to anybody and I asked for a refund. They refund me and charge me. I have not gotten my money back.and
