Broken dresser with drawer that kept sliding open, tub/shower needs replacing, very dated furniture, super noisy from outside and room to the side and above. Lots of homeless people. Check in gal was great though.

We asked when we got to the desk for a room on the lower floor because I am disabled and cannot do stairs. The woman said there was no rooms on the lower floor available that evening. We were sent to the building across the lane and the entire night. There was only our car and one other. They’re the whole night. There was many rooms open on the bottom floor.
