The person who cleaned the rims was extremely nice. She is definitely keep her for them. Front desk seemed a little cranky and unprofessional. The night I checked in, she's actually quite rude. I think that's would be good anything else

The check-in person was very nice and professional. There was parking right outside my door. The room was nice but the bed was broken down and poor. there was a coffe maker but no cups other than the clear water cups, fortunately I had a mug in my truck that worked.

The breakfast was great. I just took away a star for the email that had me preregister including signing and taking a picture of my ID. Then I still had to sign and fill out forms and provide my ID. I was there late and tired and really excited to not have to deal with all of that. If it had worked like it was supposed to, I’d find a way to give 6 stars.

Staff was very welcoming, like genuinely happy I was staying there. As for the room, the fridge had a cup of something from the guest before plus the fridge was so noisy. One of the bath towels was stained so bad it should have been taken out of commission and one of the drawers would not stay closed. The hotel is on a high traffic street so between the traffic noise and the fridge noise it was not a relaxing experience.
