The kitchen is well-equipped and the open plan living area is sociable and welcoming with a wood burning stove and lovely solid oak flooring. If you do feel energetic and want a more active week, pack your bike as there are cycle racks with waterproof covers to store up to six bikes plus wellie racks to store your muddy boots outside. Equally if you want to keep up to speed with what's going on the in world then there is also good broadband at the cottage. At Betty's, the owners have also thoughtfully built in some pampering facilities for your dogs too, with a washing area (including shampoo) to rinse away the sand and salt from their fur and paws after a fun day on the beach.
