Entrance hall: a spacious inner porch entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots.
Kitchen/Dining room: a traditional crossed with country kitchen with shaker style fitted kitchen with open shelving and wooden worktops. A electric range oven and induction hob, a double butler sink, integral dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a dining/breakfast table with up to 10 seats and a kitchen dresser.
Sitting room: A bright traditional room with high ceilings with beams, beautiful wooden flooring, large double aspect windows and door opening out to the walled garden all letting in a lot of light, A large sumptuous comfortable sofa and selection of occasional chairs surrounding a cluster coffee table and a feature fire place all offering a central focal point. A, flat-screen TV and cabinet containing a selection of books. A wide set of wooden stairs lead to

The main staircase leads up from the sitting room and is not steep with a hand rail, to a large landing with wooden flooring.
Bedroom 1: a good sized room with king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps and built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: overlooks the garden king-size bed with bedside tables and lamps a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: has double bunk beds, bedside table and lamp.
