Park Cottage, Fring, Norfolk

Situated on the Fring private estate alongside a formal walled garden, Park Cottage is a unique location for up to 6 guests. With chic interiors and seasonal access to an outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis courts, this thoughtfully restored cottage is the perfect base for your Norfolk adventure.

Set in glorious grounds and wonderfully secluded, this stylish rustic retreat in pretty woodland and parkland is within easy reach of Norfolk's best beaches. Once the gamekeeper's cottage, this pretty-as-a-picture Norfolk Hideaway is a tucked away luxury self-catering cottage with modern and light interiors.

The traditional carrstone cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to give an open, simple and Scandinavian feel to it. The main house is a large open-plan dining area with a wall dividing the kitchen. A glass walkway connects the main house with a downstairs shower and laundry/dog room. There is also a cosy sitting room with Sky TV and DVD player.

A welcoming cottage with lots of light, the bedrooms include a super-king, a king-size and a twin room, all dressed with crisp white linens. With two bathrooms; a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, this property would be perfect for a couple, small group of friends wanting complete seclusion; or a family wanting to enjoy country life, yet still be in easy reach of the coast for adventures.

On the south facing terrace at the front is seating for eight and a large coal barbecue. Guests can enjoy Park Cottage garden with an old orchard and the woodland garden at the rear of the property. There is a large separate games room with bike racks for six bikes and a table tennis table.

Guests can use the footpaths and cycle paths within the estate during their stay. The shared tennis court and swimming pool are open to guests from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Park Cottage can also be booked in conjunction with Gardener's Cottage - Fring Estate for larger parties. Together they are called The Walled Garden - Fring Estate. There is also Fring Hall for up to twenty guests.

Plus there is also a romantic The Potting Shed - Fring Estate set into the Walled Garden which offers a romantic hideaway setting, perfect for lovebirds wanting quiet time together, or single travellers looking for peace and solitude.

Whilst the garden is fenced, please note: Smaller dogs and escape artists may find a way through the fence.
The parkland outside the walled garden and behind fences is private.
The duvets and pillows are feather.
Use of a communal tennis court and outside heated swimming pool from from the beginning of May to the end of September 10am - 4pm. They are shared by guests at all the properties between these times, outside of this the hall has exclusive use.
Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
