Sea Peeks is an attractive detached coastal retreat located a quiet spot in the popular village of Brancaster with distant sea views and just a short walk from the coastal path. A superb option for those looking to explore the North Norfolk coastline.

Being an 'upside-down house', upstairs you'll find a generous open-plan living area that is both bright and appealing, with two sets of French doors that open to take advantage of the sea and countryside views. With a tastefully appointed sitting area and nearby dining table, groups of eight can gather in comfort.

On the ground floor, the house features three good-sized bedrooms, including a main bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms share a separate shower room nearby. On the first floor, there is a double bunk room with a separate single bed with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a convenient utility space, handy for cleaning up after a day at Brancaster Beach or a paddle out to Scolt Head

Outside, the south-facing rear garden offers a private, quiet spot for enjoying the sun or relaxing after a busy day. With a patio and dining furniture, it is a great place to kick back and relax. To the front of the property there is off road parking for two cars, with ample additional roadside parking.
