To the right is the cosy lounge area, thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating for all, a smart TV and sound system for your entertainment, and a welcoming open fire, perfect for those cooler evenings. Moving through to the kitchen, you'll discover a well-equipped space, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar that doubles as the dining area, complete with four bar stools, creating a casual yet intimate dining experience. On the ground floor, you'll also find a convenient utility room fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate WC for added convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a mattress topper for a luxurious soft feel (this can be removed on request in advance of your booking if you prefer a firmer bed), a wall-mounted TV, ample storage space, and an en-suite shower room with a WC, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.
