Being local and keen cyclists and paddleboarders themselves, they will be able to give you insight on how best to enjoy this beautiful coast and advise on the best time to enjoy the water or pathways. There is also a separate secure side entrance to store bikes, paddleboards and wetsuits.

To the rear is a private garden terrace with garden furniture which is stocked full of shrubs and plants attracting birds and butterflies.

Start dreaming of days watching the early morning sunrise, spend long and lazy afternoons on the sun chairs in the tranquil courtyard garden, or head to the water just four minutes walk away and wade across the shallow water at low tide to the small beach opposite where you can enjoy feeling the sand between your toes. For a special treat, take the ferry which operates in high season to Scolt Head Island where you will be rewarded with empty white sandy beaches with only bird song for company. Alternatively, for the adventurists, hire out paddle boards from North Norfolk Paddle Boards located right next to the property, and meander through the creeks to get to Scolt Head.
