On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area which leads out through French doors to the private garden area, where you can enjoy outdoor seating and a barbecue. The kitchen is fully functional with a traditional oil-fired Aga, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The living room comprises plenty of seating with a piano and a traditional wood burner. The fully equipped utility room comprises a washing machine, tumble dryer, toilet and sink. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and one family bathroom. There are three kingsize rooms, two with an en-suite, and a family room with a double bed with single bunk over, and an additional two single beds.
