Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Don`t be fooled by the entrance as once you step foot inside this property, you realise there is so much more than meets the eye.
Walk into the open plan lounge with dining area and kitchen on the right. Down the hallway on the left and you have two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and one with just a shower. Along the right of the hallway you have the two
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
