Brand new build in a gated community in Kingsland, with a pool (can be heated for an additional fee), hot tub, and four bedrooms that sleep up to 12. The home comes with its own assigned boat lift, and the ramp is an easy walk away, so getting out on the water couldn't be simpler. It's also a short walk to the golf course and Lake LBJ.

This house picked up multiple Parade of Homes awards for its design, and you'll feel it the second you walk in. High-end finishes, luxury bedding, and decor that actually looks like the photos.
