The Space:

Perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together, Kingsland Duo combines a cozy casita and a charming bungalow on one shared property. Together they offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and flexible sleeping for up to 6 guests.

In the Casita, relax in the living area with a full-size sleeper sofa and an efficiency setup that includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer for easy snacks and drinks. The private bedroom features a full-size bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.



In the Bungalow, unwind in a private bedroom with a full-size bed and smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker make mornings simple.



Outside, enjoy a laid-back yard with a propane grill, a charcoal smoker, a hammock, and cornhole. Wi-Fi is provided, and there’s space to park two vehicles with room for a small boat or jet ski trailer. Guests also have access to a nearby neighborhood fishing pier and boat launch.

Important Things to Note

• No pets allowed.

• These are two separate guest homes on a shared property. The homeowner lives in a separate home on the same property.

• Parking: Please park on the west side of the Casita where you’ll see the “Casita parking” sign. Space for up to 2 vehicles, plus room for a small boat or jet ski trailer. The address provided is for the main house; the Casita is on the left before the main house carport/front door.

• Laundry is not available on-site.

• Kitchens: There is no range/oven or dishwasher in either home. The Casita has an efficiency setup with a full-size refrigerator/freezer; the Bungalow has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Outdoor propane grill and charcoal smoker are provided.

• Outdoor extras: Hammock and cornhole are available in the yard.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

• Lake access: Guests have access to a neighborhood fishing pier and boat launch approximately 0.05 mile from the home. Small boats under 20' only. Additional access details are provided in-unit.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Lake LBJ. The vacation home includes amenities such as 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed.
