BOOK NOW FOR SUMMER! Open Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ, this family-friendly property allows multi-generational or multi-unit families to co-habitat & still keep their privacy through separated spaces. Main home is duplex style with a hallway connecting. Cottage is the guest house and totally separated from main home by the drive. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the true lake life under towering pecan trees, sunning on the double-sized sun deck and bring your water toys, too!

The main house is large and divided by a hallway. On Side A, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, largest kitchen, dining, living, large laundry, private work area, game/bar area, screened-in porch, grilling deck, fire pit area. Side B has a smaller kitchen/dining/living area and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with covered patio and pergola cover, too, with fire pit. C, the Cottage, is a standalone 1/1 with full kitchen, dining and living area. Parking at the front door of all units and step free entry.
