This jewel has only a neighbor on one side and looks across the Mrs. Moss land trust with 3 miles of pristine undeveloped hill country property. The house has perfect orientation with no west sun. Relax on a spacious porch and decks that catches the prevailing Summer Breezes. The house is around 4000 sq. ft. that has been recently renovated, painted and with new furniture and includes a private Pool side suite. The house will accommodate up to 24 people generously. The location is convenient to lake side living. You will be less than a mile to public boat ramp, lake side gas pumps, live bait store, HEB, and local cuisine.


Water Activites: Located on Lake LBJ which is a constant level lake. Enjoy fishing and kayaking. The open water is perfect for water skiing, tubing and other fun water activities. There is a boat ramp conveniently located a few doors down for a small fee.
