El edificio lo usan como bodegas una buena parte del primer piso, los cuartos los usan para vivir entonces la gente tiene sus cosas tiradas en todo lado y da pésima imagen, la limpieza fatal, la primera habitación ni si quiera estaba limpia y la segunda digamos que lo intentaron, dispensador es con telarañas que no funcionan, el aspecto es bien malo de este hotel

The hotel was very accommodating, utilized it as a rest stop en route to Florida for vacation. I feel that the cleanliness could have been better but it was perfect stay for a quick sleeping break and definitely pet friendly :)
Property staff has been available for all of my needs. They take the time to get to know there guests during their stay. Without any prejudice towards guests from within the community. As relocation for work has brought me here and the apartment complex has had some difficulties therefore pushing back the move in date. Luckily relieving unnecessary stress by making my stay comfortable. Speaking of
I did not stay at that motel because for one they gave me someone’s room that was already vacant with someone in it when I opened the door for two it was only for crack people who shoot up on drugs. I felt unsafe an asked for my money to be back on my card for this reason.
I went to check in and the guy at the front seemed friendly enough. Althought I booked thru a 3rd party website with a credit card, i was told I needed to put down a $25 deposit with either cash or card. I used a different card than I did with when I booked. I tried to over look the condition of the property which looks like some attempt has been made to paint and update. We only need a place to stop on our way to Flordia for a cruise. The shower appeared dirty, but the beds seemed to be ok. We didnt shower, but just wet our hair when we were getting ready to leave. Nothing was taken or destroyed. When i checked my card after the trip only $10 had been refunded. When i called the property i was put on with a reservation agent. I explained to poor Lorretta that i was trying to figure out why part of my deposit was withheld she said she could not access that information, but was kind enough to give me a customer service number to call. When i called it the automated system wanted an itinerary number. I dont have antravelodge itinerary number because i booked with 3rd party. I called the number for the property and it's no longer in service. I called Loretta back and went theough it again. 4 times i have called back to get no help.
