Queen beds were horrible along with pillows. Need newer mattress. We did not have a good night sleep for 2 nights. Staff was very nice along with property parking convenience. Did not eat breakfast there was too early 6 to 9. Located on a busy street but very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Nice big walk in shower on 2nd floor. But will not be going there again only because of beds everything else gets high ratings.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very large. Some nice features like the gourmet coffee available 24 hours. Even though we had a room facing the road, the traffic noise didnt affect our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at Comfort Inn was some of the best in the business .We could not have had the relaxing vacation we had without the super nice start by Sharon the lady who checked us in to the manager Linda for all there kindness and knowledge of Kingston area .the rooms were exceptionally clean and staff would have gone out of there way to get you whatever you needed for the rooms .the breakfast staff always kept the kitchen and eating area very clean and lots of food at all times

Clean, Bed made every day, comfy bed

Super clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfy compared to higher end hotels where I had stayed. The rom had plenty of amenities and was dark at night when the blinds were closed. The staff made my bed every day. The breakfast was simple but efficient. I wish I they had chocolate for the waffles though. The location was convenient too, very central to be able to visit PEC and gananoque
