We travel a lot and this was easily our worst hotel experience. The room had a stale odor, and the linens were dirty. The noise levels kept us from sleeping- 2 nights of a couple continuously arguing followed by two nights of students partying. Breakfast menus was very basic. We checked out two nights early and the staff refused to refund us. We opted to pay to stay in a different hotel.

The property offers very convenient and free parking, which made things easy. Breakfast was included in our booking, which was a nice bonus. It’s also in a great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential spots.

My companion and I felt the beds were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. I expressed this to the front desk and they offered to put us in another room but could not confirm it was a newer bed so we decided to stay rather than pack up our things and unpack in a room with another old and terrible bed. The pillows on the beds were also terrible since they contained a chopped foam rather than a solid foam and were not comfortable. I came to enjoy a good sleep while I attended a medical appointment but was very disappointed in the quality of accommodations. I will not stay at the Days Inn Kingston by Wyndham ever again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but the overnight stay was quite a negative experience. There were several different sets of noisy guests consistently throughout the night, and despite contacting the front desk multiple times between 11:30 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. (with the noise continuing until past 4:30 a.m.), there took no effective action. The first time we complained, the staff actually gave our room number to one of the noisy guests which felt like a serious breach of privacy. We ended up having to keep going back to the front desk each time, but they remained reactive rather than proactive, and the noise was never properly addressed. We got no sleep, and it was a completely frustrating experience.

I booked a one night staycation and booked this property specifically for the hot tub. When I booked I messaged them and was assured that the hot tub was working. After checking in, I was told the hot tub was working in the morning but now was stopped. I was told they would try and get someone to come repair it but no one came and the hot tub was never fixed. The whole point of staying here was so we could relax in the hot tub and not being able to do the one thing I was looking forward to do, ruined my trip

Really clean hotel, and room. Super impressed. Staff was kind and courteous. Dining area for breakfast was well stocked and bright, with natural light. Easy parking. You can walk to many useful places from the hotel. Fairly priced. Clean linens and towels. Comfortable pillows for all preferences. Bed was medium soft, and a bit bouncy. Comfortable, but you will wake up when your partner moves if you're sensitive to movement during sleep ;) Stayed 1 night. Couple, no kids. Did not have time to use any amenities, except dining area, unfortunately. I recommend this spot!

The location, security, friendly and helpful staff. Free and camera parking lot. Room was very clean and neat. We liked having frig and coffee in our room. It was quiet and property well taken care of. The pool looked good too, we didn’t go in but maybe next time. A real cool pancake maker with very tasty fresh pancakes in 2 mins. I would highly recommended staying here. Lots of nearby restaurants and Kings Crossing outlet a 5 minute walk.
