The first room was premium pricing and had a window opposite a wall approx 3 ft away. Moved from there to a window with light and sky visible. But room was very musty, like probable water damage with significant mould smelll. Terrible. Kept window open for fresh air.

Relatively new. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Free and easy parking. Air-conditioning was not ideal. Too noisy and too strong circulation was running. Beds are too soft for my liking.

A very good hotel. Very nice room, although no safe available in the room. The hotel Is located a fair way from Kingston waterfront, however food & service was excellent.

It would have been fantastic to know parking lot was being reserviced . There was either no parking , or you had to park on otherside , where another part of hotel was . Would not have booked here . Compensation for the parking lot was a cookie .

Totally different than what I had experienced in other place with same doubletree locations. Parking lot is under constriction and our room is in another buildings. We need to bring our luggages pass though the grass area. Disappointed 😞

Best cookies ever

The hotel was gorgeous. The pool was amazing!!!! Kids had such a good time. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was 20/10. Amazing shower pressure
