We were going to Belleville for a hockey game so we stayed in Napanee because it was easier and we like the hotel. We’ve stayed there before many times and they redid all the rooms and it’s really nice for the price. They do a good job five stars across the board.

Once again came to this property expecting a pool and hot tub. Even called ahead to confirm since last time it wasn’t working. We were told it was working only to find hot tub was once again not. This was the main reason to get a room and I am disappointed once again

A great stay overall and would recommend to everyone. Five stars to all the staff. They were courteous, helpful and hard working intent on making the stay for guests positive. During our stay, renovations were underway and the gym was not available. However, the construction noise seemed non-existent. The beds and pillows may have been a little soft for our liking but overall this was a wonderful stay in newly renovated rooms capped off by an excellent breakfast each morning.

We’ve been there before, but they’re doing renovations now it’s amazing the work they’re doing. Very clean very friendly very up-to-date five star across the board.

We were very understanding that the property was under construction. Have stayed many times prior to the renovation. And loved the old rooms. The new rooms seemed sloppily built. Little things ... the shower door opened on the wrong side. So can't turn on without actually getting into shower. Tiles that lacked grout. And we're uneven. Scratches on the wallpaper in places in the hall etc. and there was remnants of construction debris in many places on the 2nd floor Again. I understand their floor was probably only opened days before. Bit take a bit more pride in the cleanliness and functional design of the building. Staff were great through. And food was good. Pool are nice.

Our room looks and smell clean. Beds are comfortable and have good numbers of pillows for my family of 4. The handwritten welcome note added some personalization to it. Our room was close to the elevator. Just maybe a table and extra chair if you ended up eating in.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is nice and warm. Rooms are big (at least the room we stayed in). They have strawberry flavoured waffles. :D
